Bendigo Health is seeking a Grade 2 Speech Pathologist to join the TCP/GEM@Home/RITH team on an ongoing part time basis (up to 56 hours per fortnight).
The role provides client-centred assessment, intervention and education in home and bed-based settings.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team, contribute to care planning and discharge planning, and engage in regular huddles and case conferences to ensure high-quality care for clients and carers.
