About the Role
Provide high-quality nursing care and support to patients
Work collaboratively with our GPs and allied health professionals
Assist with clinical procedures and chronic disease management
Deliver immunisations, wound care, health assessments and triage




Contribute to improving patient experience and reducing wait times
About You
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Strong clinical skills and experience in a primary care or general practice setting
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Compassionate, respectful, and kind approach to patient care
Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
