You will play a key role in delivering essential services within a fast-paced operational setting, working closely with site leadership and operational teams to maintain hygiene, safety, and service excellence.

Monday to Friday roster
6:00am to 2:06pm shifts
Based at Holsworthy Barracks
Your responsibilities will include:
Supervise daily cleaning services and coordinate team activities.
Support cleaners onsite throughout the day with guidance and hands-on assistance.
Conduct walk-through inspections to confirm task completion and service standards.
Assist team members and troubleshoot onsite challenges as they arise.
Maintain transparent communication with management throughout the day.
Manage scheduled and reactive cleaning requirements across the site.
Develop and maintain staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage.
Ensure HSEQ compliance and uphold safety standards.
Maintain high cleaning and hygiene standards across all areas.
Provide excellent customer service and engage effectively with stakeholders.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in a supervisory cleaning or facilities role
Strong leadership and team management skills
High attention to detail and standards
Ability to work independently and within a team
Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
First Aid Certificate (desirable)
Cleaning Cert IV (desirable)
Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance
Australian Citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this position
