About the Opportunity
Kisumé is seeking a talented sushi chef to join their team.
Work with supportive and passionate chefs in an award-winning venue.
You will be driven and genuinely passionate about cooking.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have
Minimum 3 years experience as a Sushi Chef in a Japanese restaurant
Experience in high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment is advantageous
Understanding of food safety standards
Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
Excellent communication, organisation and presentation
Able and willing to work shift work, including weekends and public holidays
