The role reports to the Facilities Manager and focuses on prisoner employment, on‐the‐job training, and educational opportunities to support rehabilitation and post-release outcomes.
The position is ongoing and full-time, within a multi-disciplinary team, requiring leadership, maturity and solid communication skills.
