The Opportunity




The Installations Coordinator - New Build Channel will be responsible for scheduling all "Call Ups" and Installations from our Builder Channel every week.
The role focuses on the day-to-day coordination of installation activity, ensuring installers are effectively scheduled, workloads are balanced, and priorities are managed to support smooth, on‐time delivery.
You will be accountable for organising daily installer activity and liaising closely with builders to ensure call‐up dates are met and installations are completed accurately and on time.
The role works collaboratively with the Technical, Logistics, and Sales teams to drive smooth end-to-end delivery and resolve issues proactively.
Please note: This role requires you to be on site Mon‐Fri in our vibrant Byron Bay HQ located in the industrial estate – please only apply if you reside in the Northern Rivers.
