What you will do
As Review Officer, you will review applications about fines and payment arrangements.
You will use explicit rules and sound judgement to make fair decisions.
You will:
review applications and make
sound
decisions about fines and payment arrangements;
apply legislation, policies and procedures to support
fair
outcomes;
provide
clear
and timely information to people and colleagues;
keep accurate records and update systems in line with recordkeeping rules;
help improve
quality
processes, procedures and systems across enforcement and support services.
About you
No formal qualifications are required for this role.
Practical experience applying legislation or policies is highly desirable.
You should also have:
strong
skills using Microsoft Office and other IT systems;
sound judgement
and the ability to solve problems using rules and available information;
clear
communication skills and the ability to listen and respond well to others;
flexibility
, resilience and a commitment to working well with people from diverse backgrounds.
