As an associate recruitment consultant, you will pursue new business opportunities for Gough using a variety of prospecting methods. You'll balance hunting new business with attentive account management and high-quality service delivery.
Your role will include:
Building and managing client relationships
Developing new business opportunities
Sourcing and interviewing candidates
Managing recruitment processes from start to finish
Crafting Ad strategy to maximize visibility and engagement
Networking across the industry
Negotiating offers
Providing market advice to clients and candidates
Building a strong personal brand within your market

The ideal Gough consultant is vibrant, energetic and not afraid to get out there and meet clients and candidates face-to-face. We are looking for attitudes of positivity and persistence and somebody who can balance collaboration with friendly competition.
