Glencore Technology Brisbane seeks a Legal Counsel – Contracts to join our legal team and manage the full contract lifecycle—from drafting and negotiation through to contract management and ongoing legal support. This is a full time role reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel.
You will draft and negotiate Confidentiality Agreements, Supply and Sale Agreements, Licences, Framework Agreements, and more, while advising on IP issues and ensuring regulatory compliance to deliver commercially sound
