What are we looking for?
Great knowledge and understanding of the financial planning process
Strong implementation experience is a must
Passionate about providing excellent service
Advanced Xplan is a must
Strong communication and time management skills
Adaptable and professional attitude
What will the role entail?
Implementation of holistic advice
Proactively following up documentation from clients, advisers and third-party providers
Managing new and ongoing client relationships with regards to client services
Assisting advisers in organising and preparing for meetings
Management of ongoing tasks through XPlan
General office duties such as printing, scanning, greeting clients
Other duties as required
