What You'll Do
Lead community engagement — deliver the NSW Community Engagement Plan and support the Narrabri Community Shopfront in line with all project approvals.
Manage community investment — own the NSW Community Investment Plan and budget, aligning spend with business strategy across functions.
Drive communications — partner with the Communications team to promote our community programs internally and externally.
Represent Santos — engage local government, community leaders and industry groups on our behalf.
Champion local participation — create opportunities for local and First Nations communities in our operations.
Support ESG reporting — contribute to our corporate sustainability reporting requirements.
What You'll Bring
Experience in community engagement, communications, government or external affairs
A track record of building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering in a professional external affairs role
Advanced written and verbal communication skills
Experience coordinating cross-organisational projects
Preference for relationships with First Nations individuals and communities, and experience developing participation strategies




Preference for tertiary qualifications in communications, community, sustainability, business or a related field.
