About The Hotel – W Melbourne
W Melbourne is the rebel between the streets, sitting in the heart of the Melbourne CBD on the iconic Flinders Lane. The luxury hotel takes its design cues from Australia's cultural capital and provides the back‐lane entrance keys to what's new/next in the city. Extending the laneway culture inside, 294 bold rooms and suites peel back the layers and revel in the city's history. There are four electric and daring bars and restaurants within the hotel, plus over 800 square metres of ultra‐modern event space.
About The Venue – Lollo
Located on ground level, Lollo is our Italian restaurant responsible for serving our remixed luxury buffet breakfast, along with a la carte lunch and dinner, and Bar Lollo services Italian Spuntini (small bites). We service our in‐house W guests and the local corporate and Melbourne CBD community.

What We Expect Of You
Experience in a fast‐paced upscale F&B; environment is desirable
Previous experience in hotels is advantageous
A proactive, upbeat attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality
Confidence engaging with guests and working as part of a team
A desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
A current Victorian RSA is essential
A playful, polished, and guest‐focused approach to service
A Glance At What You Will Do
Deliver warm, professional food and beverage service to guests
Process orders and payments efficiently using the MICROS system
Complete opening and closing duties, including restocking and venue reset
Create memorable guest experiences through attention to detail and genuine connection
Maintain presentation and service standards across the restaurant and bar areas
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and wider hotel team
Take pride in product knowledge, accuracy, and operational excellence
Represent the W brand through confident, professional, and energetic service
