Initial contract to 14/09/2026 + likely ongoing contract About the Role As a Maintenance Support Officer, you will provide frontline customer service and administrative support, ensuring enquiries and maintenance requests are managed professionally and efficiently.
Working within a high-volume call centre environment, you'll assist customers over the phone and via email, accurately record information, and contribute to the delivery of responsive maintenance services.
Your duties will include: Arranging responsive maintenance for Government owned properties Answering or making customer calls to address their maintenance needs Raising work orders Liaising with various trades and stakeholders for a variety of property maintenance needs Maintaining accurate customer records Data entry and detailed note taking Providing administration support as needed About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:



Experience in a high-volume customer service environment, previous experience in a call centre environment is highly regarded Experience within construction, insurance repairs or property maintenance knowledge is advantageous Solid data entry skills and attention to detail.
Experience across Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
