If you have leadership experience in fast food or hospitality and love working in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to make your mark at one of Queensland's favourite Greek street food brands Availability Type: Breakfast/Lunch Dinner Flexibility including Weekends What You'll Be Doing • Opening and closing the restaurant to a high standard • Leading and supporting team members including juniors • Training and developing staff to achieve outstanding results • Monitoring store performance and meeting KPIs • Handling customer complaints and resolving concerns professionally • Food preparation including deep fryer and grill operation • Cash handling and register operation • Keeping the restaurant clean and maintaining food safety standards What We're Looking For • Previous experience in a Team Leader or Shift Leader role in fast food or hospitality • A natural leader who can motivate and support a team • Great communication skills and a customer-first attitude • Reliable, organised and able to perform under pressure • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and school holidays • Attention to detail and a solid commitment to food safety and hygiene Why Join Us?
