What You'll Do Support members in understanding their financial situation and future goals Provide expert advice on suitable home loan products across multiple lenders Structure and assess applications end‐to‐end, ensuring accuracy and compliance Build and maintain solid relationships with lenders, BDMs, real estate agents, settlement agents, and internal stakeholders Drive quality referral networks and repeat business Stay current with lending regulations, industry developments, and best practice Champion RAC's culture and LEAD behaviours in everything you do What You'll Bring Cert IV or Diploma in Finance
