Your New Role: As Department Manager, you will join one of the brand's top three performing stores in Australia and take ownership of a large, high volume department.
You will rotate across some of the store's highest trading departments, each operating at a scale comparable to many standalone retail stores.
This gives you exposure to different areas of the business while building your commercial, operational and leadership experience.
Working closely with the Store Leadership team, you will be responsible for the performance of your department across sales, stock, people and day to day operations.
You will lead and develop a large team, maintain strong visual and operational standards and use results to identify opportunities to improve performance.
Take ownership of your department's sales, stock and overall commercial performance.
Lead, coach and develop a large team through regular feedback, training and succession planning.




Maintain strong visual merchandising, stock management and customer experience standards.
Use trade results and department performance to identify opportunities and drive improvement.
Support recruitment, onboarding and development across your team.

Experience Checklist: Proven store management experience in fashion or high volume retail environments where you are accountable for sales, people, operations and incredible customer service.
