We are rapidly progressing the Mardie Salt Operation and Potash Project (Mardie Operation), a tier 1 solar evaporation project that will supply high-purity industrial salt and sulphate of potash (SOP) for more than 60 years.
Mardie will be the largest salt operation in Australia and the third largest globally.

The Role As the General Works Operator up at our Mardie Salt Operation, you will:



Facilitate road and levee maintenance activities at our Mardie Operation Open and close our crystallisers to ensure optimum production rates are achieved Maintain and implement safety management systems in consultation with the Supervisor Production and the Process Operators Actively promote and support a safety culture within the team aligned to the way we operate and work at the Mardie Operation About You: The successful candidate will have: Demonstrated previous experience in road maintenance, construction, and civil earthmoving activities including road construction, repairs, and shouldering RIIMP****F - Conduct Civil Construction Grader Operations Current unrestricted HR Licence A positive, can do and flexible attitude towards changing conditions, work fronts and the team Strong understanding of environmental conditions whilst operating on a mine site Past experience in road maintenance activities The successful candidate will be required to provide a national police clearance that is not older than 6 months and must hold a WA White Card.
You must have current unrestricted working rights for Australia to be eligible for consideration.
