About the Role As the Operations Manager , you'll take ownership of all operational functions within this busy flagship store.
Working closely with the Store Manager and leadership team, you'll ensure smooth day-to-day operations, oversee inventory management, optimise stock flow and maintain exceptional back-of-house standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coach your team, drive operational efficiencies and play a key part in delivering an outstanding customer experience through solid execution behind the scenes.
