Full-Time Permanent 37.5 hours per week $94,****** - $109,****** per annum (pro-rata) Total Effective Package* $116,****** - $134,****** About the Role The NDIS Support Team Intake Officer is responsible for providing high-level administrative, intake, and secretarial support to the NDIS Support team, to support the provision of high quality and efficient NDIS Support Team services across Congress' network.
The position provides clinical administrative oversight and logistical support to ensure NDIS Support Team services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
To be considered for this position, you will require: Diploma of Business Management or similar, or equivalent relevant experience.
High-level organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team to achieve results and meet deadlines within tight time constraints, whilst maintaining attention to detail.
Demonstrated experience in managing business processes, including a working knowledge of secretariat and management processes.
Well-developed written communication including the ability to prepare and edit a range of documentation.
Strong commitment to upholding confidentiality for all client information.
