We're looking for passionate and caring Support Workers to join our team across Maitland and surrounds - Rutherford, Telarah, Maitland, East Maitland, Metford, Ashtonfield, Chisholm, Tenambit, Raworth, Morpeth, Lorn areas.

What a day can look like Start your morning supporting a client with personal care, medication assistance, and daily routines Assist clients with domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and keeping their home comfortable Support clients with shopping, appointments, and community activities to help them maintain their independence Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families while providing personalised care Adapt your day to each client's unique needs — no two days are ever the same What you'll bring A genuine passion for helping others and making a difference in people's lives Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care Driver's licence and a reliable vehicle First Aid/CPR and WWCC Current Police Check/NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain Confidence using a smartphone or tablet What we offer Permanent part-time roles: from $***** per hour + 12% super $1.01/km travel allowance + work mobile provided Flexible hours to suit your lifestyle ( between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Sunday ) Salary packaging up to $15,900 tax-free Access to Perkbox with 9,000+ discounts on shopping, travel, fitness, and more Paid 6-week induction and ongoing training Wellness programs and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) support Real career progression opportunities What's next?
