Locations: This casual pool supports multiple sites across: Brisbane | Ipswich | Sunshine Coast For Sunshine Coast role, reliable transport (public or own) is essential.
THE POSITION • Prepare,



cook and present high quality meals • Maintain strong awareness of nutrition and healthy eating • Support all stations and areas of the kitchen • Follow health and safety and food safety standards • Keep wastage to a minimum and support efficient kitchen flow THE PERSON • Certificate III or Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery • Experience in fine dining, events or functions with strong attention to detail • High energy with professional presentation • Willing to work across different sectors including Education, Venues and Corporate • Able to obtain or already hold: National Police Check Blue Card THE BENEFITS • Above award pay • Work for one of the largest contract catering organisations worldwide • Growth opportunities opportunities • Access to training and development pathways • Flexible hours and the ability to work to suit your schedule (Monday -Friday), with occasional weekend shifts.
