You'll lead a dedicated team, manage stock and waste, drive sales performance and create an outstanding shopping experience for both locals and visitors.
Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operations of the Produce department Coach, mentor and develop a high-performing team Maintain exceptional freshness, merchandising and presentation standards Manage ordering, inventory,



stock rotation and waste control Drive department sales, profitability and KPIs Ensure food safety and compliance standards are consistently met Deliver outstanding customer service and product knowledge Foster a positive and engaged team culture About You You'll be a hands-on leader who enjoys working with fresh food and creating an exceptional customer experience.
You'll bring : Previous experience managing a Produce or Fresh Food department within a supermarket Strong knowledge of fresh produce, stock control and merchandising Proven ability to lead and develop teams Commercial awareness with experience achieving sales and margin targets Excellent communication and organisational skills A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Why Join?
