You'll create a positive, high-performing culture while ensuring the store consistently delivers an exceptional shopping experience for the local community.
Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of store operations, performance and profitability Coach, mentor and develop a large, customer-focused team Drive sales growth, wage control and key business KPIs Maintain exceptional merchandising, presentation and store standards Manage inventory, stock control,
compliance and loss prevention Deliver outstanding customer service while building robust community relationships Recruit, develop and retain high-performing team members Foster a positive, collaborative and accountable team culture About You You'll be a confident and hands-on retail leader with a passion for developing people and delivering commercial results.
You'll bring: Previous experience as a Store Manager within supermarkets, grocery or large-format retail Strong commercial acumen with proven success managing sales, wages and profitability Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire large teams Experience driving operational excellence across all areas of the business A customer-first mindset with a passion for creating outstanding shopping experiences Excellent communication and relationship-building skills The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment Why Join?
