Join our Team in the leadership role of Service Department Assistant Manager at Yarra Valley Toyota With previous experience in a Service Department setting, including vehicle technical knowledge, leadership skills essential, your main responsibilities will include leading from the front assisting our Service Department Manager with the Daily operations of our Service Department - including: Lead the Service Dept front of house Service Advisor Team; Build maintain customer Team member relationships; Kaizan - Operating at optimum capacity whilst always looking for continous improvement; Maintaining drive the Department's high standards of Customer Service, presentation professionalism; Achieving Service Department Customer Experience excellence, Sales Profit KPIs.
