Partnering closely with the Store Manager, you will co-lead a dedicated team of 15, ensuring operational excellence while creating an unforgettable, warm shopping experience for every customer.
Your day-to-day will involve: People Leadership: Mentoring, coaching, and engaging a diverse team to reach their full potential.
Customer Excellence: Setting the benchmark for authentic, knowledgeable, and engaging service.
Commercial Drive: Managing KPIs, rosters, wages, stock flow, and shrinkage to maximize profitability.
Visual Standards: Maintaining a stunning, sensory-driven showroom presentation that inspires.
