About the opportunity As a Gaming Attendant, you'll be at the heart of the Panthers experience; connecting with members and guests, delivering standout service, responding promptly to pages, and providing food and beverage service across our fast-paced Gaming environment.
You'll bring energy to every interaction and help create the welcoming, memorable experiences Panthers is known for.
As a Gaming Attendant, you will: Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests Provide food and beverage service within designated timeframes Handle cash transactions,



including TAB and KENO Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the gaming area Ensure all financial transactions with patrons are conducted accurately and efficiently Address minor service and maintenance needs of gaming machines Promote and upsell the advantages Panthers Memberships About you Current RSA and RCG certifications Excellent written and verbal communication skill A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with strong attention to detail and a solutions-focused approach.
