3-month role | full time hrs, Mon - Fri | hybrid model 3 in office 2 WFH Collaborative team managing complex student wellbeing cases Apply your risk assessment expertise in a meaningful role About the Role We are seeking a Senior Case Management Advisor (Risk Wellbeing) to join a dedicated Student Wellbeing team on a 3-month contract .
This position plays a key role in supporting the management of sensitive and complex cases, contributing to risk assessments, and assisting with investigations.
Working as part of a small, team-oriented team, you will provide support wherever the need is greatest, helping ensure matters are managed effectively, safely, and in line with established frameworks and policies.
Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate a caseload involving complex and sensitive matters.
Conduct risk assessments and contribute to risk management planning and recommendations.
Support investigations by gathering information, maintaining records, and assisting senior team members.
Prepare clear and accurate documentation, reports, and case notes.
Liaise with a broad range of stakeholders, providing advice and support as appropriate.
Ensure all matters are managed in accordance with relevant policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.

What We're Looking For Demonstrated experience in case management involving sensitive, complex, or high-risk matters.
Strong risk assessment and risk management capability.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
High levels of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgement.
Strong written communication skills with experience preparing reports and maintaining detailed records.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing competing priorities.
An Employee WWCC and police check are required for this role.

Previous investigations experience is beneficial but not essential and candidates with a strong foundation in case management and risk assessment will be well positioned to succeed in this role.
