About the Role POI Commercial is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the company's sales and marketing activities.
The role will be responsible for driving business growth, developing new client opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies.
The successful candidate will also oversee sales performance, market development, promotional activities, and strategic initiatives to increase revenue and strengthen POI Commercial's position in the market.
Salary Range: $78,000–$83,000 AUD Location: ***** Coombes Drive Penrith NSW **** Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities,



target markets, and potential customers.
Manage and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to improve results.
Develop pricing, promotional, and customer acquisition strategies.
Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and other channels.
Conduct market research and analyse customer trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
Manage the company's brand, promotional materials, and overall market positioning.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, reports, and performance analyses for management.
Coordinate with operations and other departments to ensure effective delivery of products and services.
Lead, train, and supervise sales and marketing staff.
Negotiate contracts, partnerships, and commercial arrangements with clients and business partners.
Monitor customer feedback and develop initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Skills Experience Required: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity (required) Experience in sales management, business development, or strategic marketing (preferred) Experience in planning and executing sales and marketing strategies (preferred)
