$90k–$120k + Super , depending on experience Permanent full-time position with hybrid working flexibility Manage a quality SME client portfolio Work directly with Partners and business owners Genuine exposure to tax planning and business advisory Clear pathway towards Manager Supportive environment with opportunities to develop your leadership skills What you'll do Manage a portfolio of SME clients across a range of industries Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns Build trusted relationships with clients and business owners Provide tax planning and business advisory support Work directly with Partners on client strategy and complex matters Identify opportunities to add value beyond compliance Review work completed by junior accountants What you'll bring 3+ years' Australian public practice experience Strong Business Services and Tax experience Experience managing or working closely with a client portfolio CA/CPA qualified or progressing towards qualification Strong technical accounting and communication skills Genuine interest in developing your advisory capability Australian working rights Why this role?
