APS6 Service Designer $***** per hour + super We are seeking an experienced Service Designer with a strong background in human-centred design, research and co-design .
You will be responsible for: Conducting research and translating user insights into service improvements Mapping current and future state services and end-to-end experiences Facilitating co-design and design-thinking workshops Working with stakeholders to develop and test service solutions Analysing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement Ensuring user and stakeholder needs remain central to service design Experience across service design, HCD, user research, journey mapping, co-design and workshop facilitation will be highly regarded.
EL1 Assistant Director – Strategy Development $****** per day + super We are seeking an experienced Strategy qualified to work across complex and strategically significant organisational priorities.
You will be responsible for: Structuring and analysing complex strategic problems Undertaking quantitative and qualitative analysis to develop insights Developing evidence-based recommendations Preparing high-quality papers, presentations and executive communications Working closely with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders Contributing to strategic projects and translating recommendations into action We are particularly interested in candidates with backgrounds in strategy development,



management consulting, corporate strategy, strategic analysis or advisory .
Experience within a leading strategy or management consulting environment will be highly regarded.
