Job description: Role: Educational Leader (Diploma-Qualified) Centre: Goodstart Rowville – Liberty Avenue Employment Type: Full Time | 12-month Fixed-Term (Leave Cover) Pay: $***** - $43 p/h (Depending on experience) + $2.68 Educational Leader Allowance + Super About Goodstart Rowville – Liberty Avenue and the role Experienced Diploma-qualified Lead/Senior Educator who are ready for their first Educational Leader position.

* Have strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS * Full time, 12-monthFixed-Term position.
* Are passionate about improving teaching practice * Build your Educational Leader capability in a 60-place centre while influencing practice across four age-based learning environments - Nursery, toddler, and two funded kindergarten rooms.
