We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Associate to join our Melbourne practice on a permanent basis.
About the Role Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Build and manage client relationships, including presenting directly to client stakeholders; Mentor and coach junior lawyers within the team, fostering their qualified growth; and Contribute to a team-oriented, high-performing team environment.
What We Are Looking For We are seeking candidates with approximately 6–8 years' PQE (or equivalent experience) in a leading property practice.
The ideal candidate will have: Broad transactional experience across multiple property classes, with government sector experience being highly desirable; Confidence in independently building and maintaining client and stakeholder relationships.
