Job Description Are you highly organised, detail-focused and looking for an opportunity to build your experience across finance, accounts and business administration ?
We are seeking an Administrative Finance Assistant for a full time, office-based opportunity in Welshpool.
This is a outstanding role for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, takes pride in accuracy and wants to develop broader experience across accounts, administration, governance and compliance within a busy operational environment.
About the Role Working closely with the Finance Business Administration Manager, you'll provide hands-on support across accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, data entry, payroll administration, document control and general office administration.
You'll also assist with maintaining business records and compliance documentation, helping ensure processes remain organised, accurate and audit-ready.
Your responsibilities will include: Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Assisting with supplier and credit card reconciliations Debtor follow-up and maintaining supplier and customer records Assisting with payroll administration and timesheet collation Supporting routine finance reporting and month-end processes Providing general office and administrative support Assisting with email correspondence and calendar management Maintaining filing, document control, registers and business records Coordinating office supplies, mail and couriers Assisting with meetings, scheduling and minute-taking Supporting governance and compliance documentation Identifying and escalating discrepancies or unusual transactions About You We're looking for someone who is reliable, organised and naturally detail-oriented.
You'll be comfortable working with numbers and systems, able to manage competing priorities and confident asking questions when you're unsure rather than making assumptions.
Ideally, you'll bring: Previous administration, bookkeeping,



accounts or finance support experience An understanding of basic accounting and administrative processes Experience with accounting software such as Xero or similar – advantageous Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook Strong numeracy and data-entry skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Transparent written and verbal communication skills The ability to handle confidential information professionally A positive, team-focused attitude A current Australian driver's licence What's On Offer?
