We are seeking a hands-on Head of Operations to join our leadership team at our Southport office on the Gold Coast. You will work closely with the Managing Director and leaders across technology, marketing, operations, and debt management, connecting people, performance and day-to-day operations.
You will review results, coach leaders, resolve issues, and ensure commitments turn into action, while embedding recent systems, automation and AI tools to lift productivity and service standards.
