"how does that work?" and "how can I make it better?"
You'll also: Enjoy practical, hands-on work Like building, testing, troubleshooting and solving problems Have strong attention to detail and take pride in producing quality work Be interested in fabrication, engineering, mechanics or technical trades Be willing to learn how to read technical drawings Communicate well and enjoy working as part of a team Have a solid commitment to safety Desirable Any exposure to aluminium, windows and doors, manufacturing or technical drawings would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
