Job Description An exciting chance is available for an experienced Asphalt Supervisor to join a new and growing road construction business based in Perth.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands asphalt operations, can supervise a crew and is comfortable supporting a developing business.
You will help establish safe and efficient site operations while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
The successful candidate must be patient, practical and willing to grow with the company.
There is strong potential for future incentives as the business expands.
Requirements Supervise and coordinate asphalt crews across Perth metro projects.
Plan daily activities and allocate work to crew members.
Operate asphalt machinery when required and support the team on site.
Oversee asphalt laying, paving, rolling and finishing work.
Conduct pre-start meetings and site safety checks.
Ensure work meets project specifications and quality standards.
Monitor equipment, materials and site productivity.
Train, guide and support crew members.
Complete daily site records and report project progress.
Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
Work night shifts, weekends and away from home when required.
Benefits Proven experience within the asphalt, road surfacing or civil construction industry.
Previous supervisory, leading hand or crew leadership experience.




Practical knowledge of asphalt operations, machinery and safe work procedures.
Ability to operate relevant asphalt machinery.
Current White Card.
Current Australian driver's licence.
Relevant machinery tickets, licences or VOCs.
Robust understanding of workplace health and safety.
Good communication and team leadership skills.
Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
Willingness to work nights, weekends and away from home when required.
Full Australian working rights.
Meals and accommodation paid when working away.
AUD $100 per day Living Away From Home Allowance for eligible away work.
