You'll coach your team to deliver exceptional service, achieve sales targets and maintain the high standards expected of a premium international brand.
Key Responsibilities Support the Store Manager in delivering sales, profitability and KPI performance Lead, coach and develop a motivated,



customer-focused team Deliver an elevated customer experience through genuine styling and service Build lasting customer relationships and encourage repeat business Maintain outstanding visual merchandising and store presentation Manage stock accuracy, inventory and operational excellence Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture Assist with recruitment, onboarding and ongoing team development About You You'll be an energetic and hands-on retail leader who enjoys coaching others, leading by example and achieving commercial success.
