As the Senior Water Delivery Project Manager, you will be reporting to the Water Delivery Program Director (who is based in Sydney) you will work closely with Technology, Development and Operations teams, making your mark in several ways:
Drive the Design and Construction of ourWaterInfrastructureandRecycledWaterfacilitiestoAirTrunk'sstandard, exceeding local standards and requirements.
Provide practical solutions to developmentproblems anduse yourwater and wastewaterindustryexperience tofacilitatepracticalarrangements and building solutions.
Control thedesign andconstructionofWater Infrastructureassetsthrough to commissioningof assets.
Control thebudget associated with Water Infrastructure Deliveryprojects
Your Day to Day
DevelopAirTrunk'swaterdeliveryinfrastructureto exceed local code requirements and industry best practice.
Develop and manage thedesign, construction, connection, andcommissioningofwater infrastructure projectson new and existing AirTrunk assets.




Provide continual improvement to the existing designs by collaborating with the technology team during early design phases.
Specify,reviewandassistin the procurement ofwater andwastewaterinfrastructureto meetAirTrunk'srequirementsto all applicable specifications and required standards
Negotiate at a technical level with authorities through the development processto achieve project outcomes.
Supervise and collaborate withconsultants,the general site contractorand specialist contractorsto ensure practical build solutions, on time, on budget and to approvedAirTrunkrequirements.
Work with Site Specialistsin the resolution of incident related, standing, or emerging problems.
Prepare or reviewMOP'sin conjunction with the Site Specialistsfor stage and implementation onexisting networksand commissioning of new assets.
Budget control of approved budgets,Identifyingcost saving opportunities and system improvements
Assistin the successful resolve of post construction related punch list items.
Overseeproject and commissioning engineersand contractorswithWater/Wastewater infrastructurerelated issues whererequiredtofacilitatehandover toauthorities or 3rdparty operator.
Assistifrequired, the authorising engineer specialist support to site teams.
Assisttechnology department reviews andprovideoperational guidance to designsand commissioning ofnew assets.
Requirements:




Extensive experience withwaterutility orutility contractoras aProject Manager,minimum10years.
Extensivewaterinfrastructure and wastewaterinfrastructuredesign,constructionand commissioningexperience
Excellent technical knowledge ofpotable water, recycled water andwaste waterinfrastructure including the design,deliveryand operation ofrecycled water andwastewatertreatmentplants.
Bachelor Degree inCivil Engineeringor equivalent
Flexible and organised to manage workload to meet deadlines.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work across different teams such as design,developmentand data centre operations teams.
Ability to interpret and correct drawings and specifications utilising AutoCAD.
Willingness to travel throughout Asia-Pacific;previousAPAC experience preferred.
Professional attitude with persuasive skills.
Proficiencywith the Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD.
