Burwood VIC **** The Opportunity Royal Freemasons Elizabeth Gardens is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Team Leader who is committed to delivering exceptional care and leading by example.

The part-time position will work the following roster: Week 1 Wednesday: 7-3:15 pm Thursday: 7-3:15 pm Friday: 7-3:15 pm Week 2 Wednesday: 7-3:15 pm Thursday: 7-3:15 pm Friday: 7-3:15 pm Your Responsibilities: Lead and support the clinical and care team to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
Coordinate care delivery, clinical assessments, care planning, and AN-ACC documentation.
Administer medications and oversee wound management in line with best practice standards.
Collaborate with residents, families, medical practitioners,



and allied health professionals to achieve positive care outcomes.
Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, workplace health and safety requirements, and organisational policies.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation, incident reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Support quality improvement initiatives and effective resource management.
Foster a positive team culture through coaching, mentoring, and open communication.
Who We are Looking for: Minimum 3 years Registered Nurse Experience Leadership experience preferably in an Aged Care Setting Knowledge of Aged Care Standards Commitment to person-centered care Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation and care planning skills Why Join Royal Freemasons?
