About the Role Lead, motivate, and develop the Produce Department team.
Collaborate closely with the store leadership team to deliver department excellence.
Drive compliance, safety, and quality standards across the department.
Develop effective rosters and plan for peak trading periods.
Manage inventory, merchandising, and stock quality to maximise customer satisfaction.




Support the Store Manager in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Skills Experience Proven experience managing fresh produce departments.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and mentoring teams.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Passion for visual merchandising, stock control, and achieving operational goals.
Experience in a highly regulated environment is a plus but not essential.
