Role Status: Full-time temporary vacancy available until 30 July **** Remuneration: ASO2 ($66,442 - $69,504) plus 12% superannuation Attention: organised all-rounders ready for something different.
We're looking for a Business Support Officer based in the Adelaide CBD , with travel every three weeks to either Coober Pedy or the APY Lands , as required.
You'll work across administration, finance, workforce and office operations, supporting crucial services and providing business support where it's needed.
Travel is fully funded, with a travel allowance included, giving you the opportunity to work beyond the CBD and support teams in different settings.

In this role, you will: Maintain administrative records, prepare reports, minutes and correspondence Assist with budgeting, expenditure tracking and financial reporting Process accounts, manage petty cash and complete reconciliations Arrange servicing and appropriate maintenance of fleet vehicles in line with agency policies Coordinate office equipment, stationery and office systems.

clients and stakeholders You have strong attention to detail and take pride in accurate, high-quality work You organise your workload effectively, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines You are confident using Microsoft Office programs and a range of office equipment You work collaboratively, build positive relationships and adapt well to changing priorities.

The department provides support to vulnerable children and young people to be safe, strong and connected.
Special Conditions: Travel to regional locations, including overnight stays, is required for this role You must have a current Working With Children Check You must have a current Australian driver's licence (P2 or above) and a willingness to drive.
