About Monda Lodge
Monda Lodge is a fully accredited aged care facility located in Healesville in the Yarra Valley.Residents are welcomed into a home-like environment where their independence, maintenance of friendships and participation in the local community is encouraged.
An open door philosophy exists for family and friends to visit.Monda Lodge offers a range of social and recreational activities in which residents are encouraged to participate.
About the role
We are seeking Enrolled Nurses who have a passion for aged care nursing and providing focused care to residents.




As an Enrolled Nurse you will be responsible for the provision of resident focused holistic nursing care to those assigned to you, under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
Duties of the role include but are not limited to:
Supporting residents in all activities of daily living and delivering resident centred care that meets best practice standards and in line with policies.
Demonstrating respect for resident's values, customs and spiritual beliefs to support care that is effective and culturally appropriate.
About you
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will have:
A current, condition-free registration with AHPRA
Completed a graduate year program
Aged Care nursing experience
A current National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) workers screening check
A solid commitment to high quality care
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work as part of a diverse team
Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in theAustralian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice) .
Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment.
