Life Without Barriers in Gosford is seeking a permanent full time Case Manager (Child, Youth & Family) to collaborate with children, young people and their families to create and implement case plans aimed at permanency goals.
You will build strong, respectful relationships with families and carers to support placements and empower voices.
The role requires a relevant bachelor's degree in Social Work or similar, plus prior OOHC case management experience and trauma-informed practice.
