About the role
The position is responsible for developing and implementing change, communication and stakeholder engagement strategies, building organisational readiness and supporting business adoption.
It also manages change impacts, risks and dependencies, provides coaching to senior leaders, and monitors change effectiveness to ensure program benefits are realised and transformation outcomes are successfully embedded.

Qualifications and experience
You'llbring:




A bachelor's degree in a related field and/or demonstrated experience in a similar government role (mandatory).
Proven experience in change management, communications and stakeholder engagement, ideally within an ICT program environment (desirable).
Strong capability to support organisational change, stakeholder adoption and successful delivery of transformation initiatives.
