Are you an experienced Financial Adviser looking for a role where you can focus on delivering meaningful advice, build long-term client relationships, and play a key role in the growth of a successful financial planning practice?
We're seeking a motivated and client-focused Financial Adviser to join our team in Melbourne's north-west.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an adviser with approximately 4-7 years' experience following their Professional Year who is looking to take the next step in their career within a collaborative and highly professional advice business.
The Opportunity This role comes with an established client base from day one.
You will inherit approximately 60 ongoing advice clients, with a further 40+ clients expected to transition across to you over the following 12 months.
This provides an immediate platform for success, strong recurring revenue, and the opportunity to focus on deepening client relationships and delivering exceptional advice outcomes rather than building a portfolio from scratch.
Working alongside an experienced team of advisers, paraplanners and client service professionals, you'll provide strategic advice across superannuation, retirement planning, investments, personal insurance and wealth creation strategies while helping clients achieve their financial and lifestyle goals.
Key Responsibilities Deliver Strategic Financial Advice Provide high-quality financial advice to new and existing clients across superannuation,



retirement planning, investments, insurance and wealth creation.
Develop, present and implement tailored advice strategies aligned to clients' goals and circumstances.
Conduct client reviews and maintain ongoing advice relationships.
Build and Maintain Client Relationships Manage an established portfolio of approximately 60 clients, with a further 40+ clients transitioning across over 12 months.
Build strong, long-term relationships through exceptional service and communication.
Generate opportunities through client referrals and professional networks.
Contribute to Practice Growth Support business development, client events and referral partner relationships.
Identify opportunities to improve client experience and advice delivery.
Contribute to the ongoing growth and strategic direction of the practice.
Support Team Development Share technical knowledge and mentor junior team members where appropriate.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Maintain Professional Compliance Standards Deliver advice in line with Best Interests Duty and regulatory requirements.
Ensure records, advice documentation and Xplan files are accurate and up to date.
Maintain CPD and stay current with industry and legislative developments.
About You You are a relationship-focused adviser who genuinely enjoys helping clients make better financial decisions.




You combine strong technical capability with excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality advice.
Ideally, you'll have: 4-7 years' experience providing personal financial advice following completion of your Professional Year.
Relevant qualifications meeting ASIC Financial Adviser education requirements.
Completion of the Financial Adviser Exam.
Authorisation or eligibility for authorisation to provide personal financial advice under an AFSL.
Strong technical expertise across financial planning, superannuation, retirement planning, investments and personal insurance.
Proven ability to build trusted client relationships.
Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience using Xplan highly regarded.
CFP® designation (or progress towards achieving it) highly regarded.
