We excel at identifying and nurturing future leaders through our inclusive culture where every employee has the opportunity to reach their full potential.You are an important part of a skilled and trusted team that continues to safely build outstanding infrastructure and sustainable communities by thinking differently.Winslow Infrastructure is involved in building Melbourne's vast infrastructure network and requires a professional, engaged and driven Project Planner to join our high performing teamCreate a career with growth and unlimited opportunitiesAutonomous and hands on roleHead office (Port Melbourne) and site based role.The OpportunityAs a Project Planner, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining construction contract programs that identify client requirements and deliverables, illustrate the planned sequence of works, reflect progress achieved to date and manage associated risks.This role requires someone who is flexible in their work location and able to manage their time between Head Office and Project Sites.
Applicants should have a sound understanding of construction practices and an appreciation for achievable productivities.Work with the Pre-contracts Team to review tender documents and prepare construction programs that will be the basis of pricing and tender submissionWork with Project Management Teams to prepare and maintain Contract programs that reflect the actual planned sequence of works,



progress achieved to date, and protects both client and internal risks.Work with Project Management Teams to optimise project programs to reduce delivery times through improved resource utilisation sequencingReview and evaluate detailed construction plans and project documentation across all phases of the project lifecycle to support the timely and successful delivery of project objectivesTrain, guide and educate engineers in the optimal development of project programs.Develop master reporting systems and toolsMonitor construction programs throughout delivery phases and manage project reportingAnalyse programs to identify potential risks, opportunities for improvement and possibilities for accelerationContribute to claim preparation in line with contractual documents and change eventsContribute to forecasting of project cashflowHere's what we are looking for...A person who is organised, detail orientated, pro-active with excellent time management and communication skills.Advanced MS Project and Primavera skillsUnderstanding of civil construction productivities,



staging and typical constraints.At least 5 years' experience in a similar roleDemonstrated ability and efficiency in using ExcelAbility to efficiently review large amounts of client project tender documentationPreferredPowerBI experienceDemonstrable experience performing similar role with a Tier 2 or 3 civil contractorThe Winslow Way...Each person at Winslow is empowered to make good decisions to look after each other as family, be accountable to each other, and always operate safely.
