Anglicare Central Queensland is seeking a Support Facilitator in Barcaldine/Longreach to provide assertive outreach and timely psychosocial support to highly vulnerable participants who have experienced suicide attempts or suicidal crisis.
You will collaborate with clients, families and carers, delivering trauma-informed, recovery‐oriented support and facilitating referrals to community services.
