5+ years' experience in Governance / Risk / Compliance for Payments / Cash / Retail Banking
Deep experience in process and risk controls identification and assessment
BCP process and procedure design
Workshop facilitation with risk, legal and operations SMEs
Must be willing to do hands-own documentation of framework, requirements, processes, etc.
Strong communication & influencing skills
Ability to commence at short notice
Degree qualified in Commerce / Business / Economics or related field
