Job Description
Whatyou'llbe doing:
Lead the product vision: shapestrategy and deliver experiences that drive engagement, growth andcustomer value.
Drive channel performance: maximise the buyer and sellerexperience and commercial impact through optimisation,experimentationand strong ownership of targets.
Discover and shape new opportunities: identify emerging needs and opportunities, design product solutions and deliver them to market to unlock growth.
Validate ideas at speed: run experiments and tests to rapidly improve key metrics and outcomes.
Turn data into decisions: synthesisecustomer, product and market insights into clear actions.
Drive cross-squad alignment: managedependencies and deliver outcomes with cross functional teams.
Build strong partnerships: Work with teams, vendors, and partners todeliver effectively.
Influence at the highest level: define and communicate compelling product strategies to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
We're looking for an experienced,hands‐onProduct Managerwith a proven track record of turning ideas into reality.
You thrive in ambiguity, enjoy solving complex problems, and are confident using data to test and validate your instincts.
Proven experience building products from the ground up, taking ideas from concept to launch.
Experience in product management, product design, or a commercially focused product role.
Shows natural curiosity and originality, confidently questioning norms and approaching ideas from fresh perspectives.
A strong product toolkit, knowing when to apply the right tools, frameworks, and processes for the problem at hand.
Demonstrated success working cross‐functionally, influencing stakeholders and driving change beyond your immediate team.
