Dhelkaya Health is seeking applications for its Mid-Year **** Registered Nurse Graduate Program, specialising in aged care. This comprehensive 12-month program provides graduate nurses with the opportunity to enhance their clinical knowledge and skills in gerontological nursing while developing leadership capabilities across one of our four residential aged care homes.
The program is designed to support newly qualified registered nurses in transitioning from academic study to professional practice. Graduates will build on the clinical skills and knowledge gained throughout their Bachelor of Nursing,
enabling them to deliver safe, competent, evidence-based, and person-centred care.
Throughout the program, participants will receive structured support and professional development opportunities aimed at strengthening clinical confidence, promoting best-practice care, and fostering continuous growth as healthcare professionals dedicated to improving outcomes for older people.
Application Process
Applicants must have completed all clinical placements and be eligible for registration with AHPRA. The Graduate Program will commence on 12th October ****
